Position Summary: 
Pavilion is seeking a commercial account manager with preferred experience in the Hospitality & Multi-Family market to focus on the A+D community. A brand ambassador who is results-oriented, representing the brand and driving sales in key territories.
Through successful relationship management and understanding of our role in the client’s business, the AM will work to target areas of opportunity and growth with each client partner and independent sales representative in assigned territories across North America. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Takes initiative and responsibility to own the relationship with clients and sales reps. 
  • Uncovers opportunities for regional growth and new business. 
  • Develops a grasp of product knowledge and understands Pavilion’s brand developments. 
  • Works as a thought starter to diagnose and develop solutions for areas that need improvement. 
  • Builds connections with key decision makers and is knowledgeable in the targeted markets, such as commercial designers, purchasing agents, and developers. 
  • Provide regular input on client projects and account activity
  • Work with the Sales Director to pinpoint the client’s goals and potential areas for improvement
  • Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
  • Collaborates with marketing, sales, quality assurance and product development to ensure proper specifications on projects
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Westcoast book of business 
  • Is aware of opportunities for account growth and new business
Qualifications: 
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience required. 
  • Experience working in the furniture industry or Commercial Sales is a plus. 
  • Ability to effectively present and showcase products or services to diverse audiences 
  • Creative thinker, self-starter, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, including time management. 
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. 
  • Professional presentation and demeanor. 
  • Strong work ethic, values integrity, and works well in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Passionate about client development, service, and relationships. 
  • Travel is required.
